Phosphorus Doping in Photocatalytic TiO_2 Film on Soda Lime Glass to Solve Sodium Diffusing Problem

摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在钠钙硅玻璃上制备了纯的和掺磷的Ti O2薄膜,分别用AFM、XRD分析了薄膜的表面形貌和晶相组成。磷的掺入降低了Ti O2锐钛矿相的结晶度,并且可以与从钠钙硅玻璃基片中扩散至薄膜的钠离子形成磷和钠的化合物,从而降低热处理过程中钠离子扩散对Ti O2薄膜光催化活性产生的不利影响。利用罗丹明B作为光催化降解物质来表征Ti O2薄膜的光催化活性,在相同的实验条件下,纯的Ti O2薄膜的降解率为24.3%,掺磷5%的Ti O2薄膜的降解率为50.3%。P-doped TiO2 film and pure TiO2 film are prepared by sol-gel methods and characterized by AFM and XRD. The crystallization of the anatase phase decreases with the amount of phosphorus dopant increasing. And it is considered that phosphorus combined with out-diffusing sodium (from the soda lime glass diffusing into the titanium dioxide film during the calcination step) forms NaPO3. Thus the unfavorable effect of out-diffusing sodium on photocatalytic activity decreases. The photocatalytic activity of the catalyst is investigated by the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B. TiO2 doped with phosphorus in appropriate amount has an improved photocatalytIc activity. The highest degradation rate 50. 3% appears at 5% doping content, compared to 24. 3% of pure TiO2 film under the same experiment situation.
