摘 要:Sr0.05Ba0.95Ti O3是一种低居里的PTC材料,探索一种以偏钛酸为钛元素来源,与碳酸钡和碳酸锶直接反应制备Sr0.05Ba0.95Ti O3粉体的新方法并对制备的样品进行性能表征。本工艺所制备Sr0.05Ba0.95Ti O3的平均粒度为0.35μm、粒度分布均匀、形貌为球形、(SrO+BaO)/Ti O2摩尔比为1.0001、Sr/Ti摩尔比和Ba/Ti摩尔比分别为0.0497和0.9504、属四方相的晶体结构、Sr0.05Ba0.95Ti O3主含量为99.86%。通过此工艺的比列调整也能够制备一系列其他的SrxBa1-xTi O3粉体。Sr0.05Ba0.95TiO3 is a kind of material of lower Tc PTC. The methods, by which Sr0.05Ba0.95TiO3 powders are prepared through the direct reaction of β-TiO(OH)2 which is used as the resource of element titanium and BaCO3 and SrCO3, and the properties of the Sr0.05Ba0.95TiO3 powders are discussed here. The main tested data of Sr0.05Ba0.95TiO3 powders prepared by the method are: the mean particle size is 0.35μm ;the distribution of the particles is uniform; the morphology of the particles is nearly global, the mol rate of (SrO+BaO)/TiO2 is 1. 0001, the tool rates of Sr/T and Ba/Ti are 0. 0497 and 0. 9504;the crystal is tetragonal,and the content of Sr0.05Ba0.95TiO3 is 99.86%. The other SrxBa1-xTiO3 powders can also be fabricated by the method with adjustment of rate of raw materials.
