止血宁片检测方法研究

摘　　要：目的：对止血宁片（三七、槐花等）建立质量标准。方法：对方中的三七、槐花（炒）建立TLC鉴别；用高效液相色谱法对方中芦丁进行含量测定。结果：芦丁在0，2435～1、21751xg范围内呈线性关系，r=0。9996，平均加样回收率为96．6％，RSD为1，2％。结论：本法操作简便，结果准确重现性好，可以控制止血宁片的质量。Objective: To establish the detection method for Zhixue ning tablet(Radix notoginseng,Flos sophorae,etc.).Methods: TLC was used to identify Radix notoginseng,Flos sophorae and rutin content was determined by HPLC.Results: The linear range of rutin was 0.2435～1.2175μg,r=0.9996,respectively;The average recovery was 96.6%,RSD 1.2%.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid,and accurate and suitable for the detection of Zhixue ning tablet.
