摘　　要：随着ITS研究的进展。ETC收费系统在世界各国迅速兴起,形成了一个规模庞大的市场和产业,90年代初陆续引入我国,并在我国经济和交通发达地区已有应用,ETC收费系统的应用,标志着我国高速公路收费系统的研究与应用水平接近国际先进水平。With the ITS research development,ETC tolling system has been widely applied in many countries and become a large market.ETC has come to China since early 1990s and has been applied in developed areas in China.The application of ETC indicates that the research and application level of tolling system in China is close to the advanced level in the world.
