2004～2005年安顺市传染病报告卡及时率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响安顺市传染病报告及时率的因素及提高报告及时率的措施。方法对2004～2005年安顺市《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的传染病报告卡进行分析。结果2004～2005年安顺市传染病报卡及时率为57.97%,审卡及时率为95.17%;8个县(区)传染病报卡及时率最高82.63%,最低24.50%,审卡及时率最高99.78%,最低92.81%;2004与2005年报卡及时率分别是48.62%和66.56%(P<0.01),审卡及时率分别是93.29%和96.90%(P<0.01);工作日与休息日报卡及时率分别是61.97%和40.84%(P<0.01),审卡及时率分别是97.08%和77.72%(P<0.01);县级及以上医疗机构与乡级及以下医疗机构报卡及时率分别是60.54%和52.58%(P<0.01),审卡及时率分别是93.90%和97.83%(P<0.01)。结论设立专职的疫情信息录入员及疫情管理员,坚持休息日录卡及审卡,实现乡镇卫生院的传染病网络直报,可提高安顺市的传染病报告及时率。Objective The analysis was made to get an insight into the factors influencing the promptness of the report of infectious diseases in Anshun City and the measures to improve the promptness. Methods Analysis was made on the report cards of the infectious diseases reported by the ＂report and management system of disease surveillance information＂ in Anshun City from 2004 to 2005. Results It showed that the promptness of report cards of infectious diseases in Anshun City from 2004 to 2005 was 57.97, with the promptness of card examination of 95.17%. The maximum of the promptness of report cards in eight counties （districts） was 82.63% and the minimum was 24.50%, while the maximum promptness of card examination was 99.78% and minimum was 92.81%. The promptness of report cards in 2004 and 2005 was 48.62% and 66.56% respectively （P〈0.01）, while the promptness of card examination in 2004 and 2005 was 93.29% and 96.90% respectively （P〈0.01）. The promptness of the report cards was 61.97% in working days and 40.84% in off days respectively （P〈0.01） while the promptness of card exami nation was 97.08% and 77.72% respectively （P〈0.01）. The promptness of report cards of medical facilities above county level and under county level was 60.54% and 52.58% respectively（P〈0.01） while the promptness of card examination was 93.90%和 97.83% respectively（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Arranging data entry clerks to input the information of epidemic situation and administrators of reporting system of epidemic situation to management the epidemic situation, keeping on inputting and examining of report cards in off days, implementing direct reporting through network system in township health centers, the above measures can improve the promptness of report cards of infectious diseases.
