摘　　要：秦地陕西兴衰史给我们留下深刻的启示:历久弥新的秦文化是陕西经济发展的重要人文资本。在人们经历了思想巨大解放、又经历着不断解放思想新课题的进程中,我们应坚持经济文化互动发展原则,挖掘秦文化之现代价值,建设先进文化,以之促进陕西经济发展。The ups and douns history of Shaanxi of the Qin make a deep reflection on us. The Qin＇ s culture of unceasing development is the important humane capital of Shaanxi economic development. In the course of experincing the great liberation of thought and continuoushy liberating thought, we should stick to the mutual development of economy and culture, excavate the modern value of the Qin＇s culture, build advanced culture to promote Shaanxi economic development.
