摘　　要：介绍了济钢采用钒氮微合金化生产HRB400钢筋的工艺路线;研究了钒氮微合金化对钢筋性能和组织的影响;分析了其化学成分与力学性能的关系。研究结果表明,应用钒氮合金生产HRB400钢筋的工艺是可行的。The use of VN-mircoalloying in producing HRB400 reinforced bar in Jinan Iron ＆Steel Group is introduced. The effect of VN-microalloying on mechanical properties and microstructure of the reinforced bar was studied and the relation between chemical composition and mechanical properties was analyzed. The result indicates that it is feasible to produce HRB400 reinforced bar using VN-microalloying.
