四种训练方式对不同认知风格大学生人际信任改善的影响研究  被引量:2

摘  要:以195名大二学生为被试,采用问卷调查与训练实验相结合的方法,考察了训练方式、认知风格对大学生人际信任改善的影响。结果发现:(1)四种训练方式都能显著提高大学生的同伴信任水平。总体而言,最好的训练方式为电影课和团体训练,其次为心理课,效果最差的是网络学习。(2)四种训练方式都能显著提高大学生一般人际信任水平,但四种训练方式之间训练效果的差异不显著。(3)训练方式和认知风格在大学生一般人际信任上不存在交互作用,在同伴信任上存在着显著的交互作用。This study combined questionnaires with an experiment to investigate the effect of the training manners and cognitive style on the interpersonal trust using 195 undergraduates in Grade Two as subjects. The results showed: (1) All of the manners improved the level about the company trust obviously. In conclusion the best two training manners were film course and group training, the second was mental health course, on -line learning was the worst one. (2) Four manners improved the level of the common trust, but the differences among the manners were not significant. (3) There was not training manners and cognitive style interaction effects on the common trust, but there was significant interaction effects on the company trust.
