摘  要:进行钻杆管体探伤对防止钻杆刺漏及断裂事故的发生具有十分重要的意义。针对钻杆管体探伤常规方法的不足,研制了一种电磁检测系统,设计了多种传感器的计算机处理系统,实现了管体横向缺陷检测及壁厚损失的综合检测,对加厚区应用了一种水浸轮式探伤的超声检测系统,从而有效地实现了钻杆无损检测。该检测系统探伤分辨率高、效率高、结构简单、现场适应性强,现已成功应用于大庆油田钻杆检测,取得了良好的效果。Drill pipe nondestructive examinations are significant to prevent drill pipe leaking and twisting off. In consideration of disadvantages of conventional destruction examination methods for drill pipe body, an electromagnetic examination system and a computer processing system containing various sensors have been developed to carry out an integrated examination of transverse detection and wall losses. Also, a water logging wheeled of ultrasonic flaw detection system has been developed to examine flaws of the thicker section in the drill pipe. The comprehensive examination system shows high detection capability, high efficiency, simple structure, and high adaptation. Nowadays, it has been successfully applied to the Daqing Oilfield and achieved good effects.
