摘 要:大部分稠油井和高含蜡井都存在原油粘度大、对温度敏感、含水低、产量低、距离计量间远等问题,造成生产井口回压大,严重影响油井生产。因此,对于这些稠油井以及高含蜡并只有掺热水降粘才能维持生产,但对于普通的三通式掺水方法不但不能很好地实现掺水降粘,而且还造成井口回压的增大。研究表明,利用Venti原理设计的射流掺水泵可以很好地解决这个矛盾,该泵能大大降低油井井口回压、节约能源、实现稠油的加热与乳化双重降粘作用,而且工艺流程简单、设备维护方便、成本低。现场试验还表明,安装射流掺水泵后,油井悬点载荷降低,油井产量增加。该设备还可应用于排污、排酸、解堵等。Most heavy oil wells and waxy wells behave disadvantages of high viscosity, thermal sensitivity, low water bearing, low single-well productivity, long spacing among distance measure rooms, etc. These challenges result in high wellhead back pressure and thus lower oil productivity. Therefore, these wells can not keep working until when injecting hot water. However, the ordinary three-way water mixing method is not a ble to effectively mix water and reduce viscosity but causes an elevated wellhead back pressure. Researches in dicate that jet pump of water mixed worked by the Venti principle can resolve this conflict because it can de crease wellhead back pressure and save energy. In addition, it performs simple technological process, convenient maintenance, and lower cost. Field applications also show that it allows decreased loads applied on hanging point and increased oil production, and it can be used to sludge drain oil waste water, decrease wellhead back pressure and drain acid, etc.
