加味“八珍汤”中药补剂对男子古典摔跤运动员血尿指标的影响研究

摘　　要：为研究加味“八珍汤”中药对男子古典摔跤运动员血尿指标的影响,将14名武汉竞技体育学院男子古典摔跤在训队员分成实验组和对照组,于每周一早晨抽静脉血测定HB、CK、BU,取尿液测定尿十项,连续测6周。结果发现:实验组运动员每周一晨的BU、尿阳性指标阳性率从第1周,CK从第2周开始明显低于对照组,HB则从第1周高于对照组并呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明:“八珍汤”加减味中药补剂能够降低运动员大强度训练后血清CK、BU值和尿十项出现的阳性率并能明显提高HB的含量。In order to study the effects of the Chinese herbal ＂Bazhen Soup＂on Graeco-Roman wrestlings＇ Blood and Urine Indices, fourteen male Graeco-Roman wrestlers of WIPE who are still in the Graero-Roman teams were divided into the control group and the contrast group. Draw vein blood every Monday morning and measure the HB, BU , CK. Meanwhile, urine was collected in order to measure ten indexes. The test lasted for six weeks. The results indicated that the wrestlers＇ BU and the positive rate of the urine in the control group examined on Monday morning began to be significantly lower than those in the contrast group from the first week. CK dropped from the second week significantly, HB significantly higher than those in the contrast group from the first week（P〈 0.05）. It can be concluded as follows： the Chinese herbal ＂Bazhen Soup＂ could significantly decrease the wrestling＇ s＇ BU , CK and the positive rate of the urine and improve wrestlers＇ HB after intensive exercises.
