基于规则演变的艺术体操成套编排新思路

摘　　要：艺术体操评分规则的演变导致对成套编排思路的重新认识,在对新规则实施后的两次国际大赛技术分析的基础上,提出新奥运周期成套动作新的编排理念:构架“难、新、险、美”的编排新格局;合理运用“隐形难度”;强调器械交换的多样性和熟练性加分;努力提高“CAP”加分中的创新价值。With the changes of the new codes of eurhythmics, new ideas were adopted in the composition of the exercises. According to the analysis of the two national games, the paper indicated the new ideas of the composition of the exercise. The new pattern of the composition was made up of the difficulties, creativities, risks, beauties ; the latent difficulties should be used in the composition properly ; varieties of the exchange of apparatus and the mastery should be emphasized in the composition ; it was suggested to try to improve the value of the originality in the CAP.
