几种常见植物的扦插生根、无土栽培技术研究

摘　　要：选取8种常见的植物:番茄(Lycopersicon esculentumMill.),扶桑(Hibiscus rosa-sinensisLinn.),一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrimaWilld.&Klotz.),月季(Rosa chinensisJacq.),菊花(Dendranthema morifoliumLinn.),辣椒(Capsicum frutescensLinn.),毛白杨(Populus tomentosaCarr.),芦荟(Aloe veraL.),用不同浓度的IBA(3-吲哚丁酸)和NAA(α-萘乙酸)对上述植物插穗进行处理,研究了扦插生根和无土栽培中的水培与无机基质栽培技术,结果表明:浓度为50 mg.L-1的IBA、NAA均能很好地促进上述几种植物的生根,而200 mg.L-1的IBA、NAA对番茄、毛白杨、芦荟的生根有抑制作用,对扶桑、月季、菊花则基本没有影响,对一品红、辣椒的生根有促进作用.(50/50)mg.L-1IBA和NAA的混合生长激素对番茄、一品红、月季、菊花、辣椒的生根作用均介于上述2种溶液的作用之间,对扶桑、毛白杨、芦荟的作用均仅次于50 mg.L-1IBA而好于其他3个浓度.IBA对扶桑、一品红、月季、辣椒、毛白杨、芦荟的作用好于NAA,而NAA对番茄和菊花的作用要好于IBA.水插的插穗均要经过一段时间的适应过程才能在水中生长,没有在基质中培养生长得好.番茄、菊花、辣椒、毛白杨、芦荟在水中的长势较好.Based upon the different concentrations IBA and NAA on the rooting of 8 common plants： Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. , Hibiscus rosa-sinensis Linn. , Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd＆ Klotz. , Rosa chinensis Jacq. , Dendranthema mori folium Linn. , Capsicum frutescens Linn. , Populus tomentosa Carr. , Aloe vera L. , this paper studied the cutting and cuttage＇s water banks up and in organic medium culturation technique of several plants that is one technique of soilless culture. The result are： IBA and NAA of 50 mg. L^-1 can promote these plants striking root. IBA and NAA of 200 rag. L^-1 can inhibit Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. , Populus tomentosa Carr and Aloe vera L. striking root, has no influence to Hibiscus rosa-sinensis Linn., Rosa chinensis Jacq. and Dendranthema morifolium Linn. , but can promote Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd＆ Klotz. and Capsicum frutescens Linn. striking root. The hybrid growth hormone of IBA and NAA act on Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. , Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. ＆ Klotz. , Rosa chinensis Jacq. , Dendranthema morifolium Linn. , Capsicum frutescens Linn. , the function of taking root is between in above mentioned two kinds of solution and action on Hibiscus rosa -sinensis Linn. , Populus tomentosa Carr, and Aloe vera L. are better. To grow in the water through the orientation process of a period of time, and these plants of the host culture of the inorganic with earth are better than in the water. Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. , Dendranthema morifolium Linn. , Capsicum frutescens Linn. , Populus tomentosa Carr. and Aloe vera L. can grow power fully in the water.
