摘　　要：甘肃省独特而丰富的“红色旅游”资源,为发展“红色旅游”提供了重要的前提和奠定了坚实的基础.利用良好的外部条件,抓住“红色旅游”发展的良机,合理开发,充分利用和切实保护好“红色旅游”资源,不仅有利于带动甘肃革命老区和贫困地区经济社会协调发展,更有利于培育甘肃旅游业发展的新的增长点.The unique and rich revolutionary tourism resources offer the important premise and lay a solid foundation for the revolutionary tours development of Gansu Province. To utilize the good external conditions, to catch the developing opportunities and to reasonably explore and practically preserve the revolutionary tourism resources can not only coordinate the economic and social development in Gansu revolutionary old regions and impoverished regions, but also help Gansu Province to cultivate the new growing point in tourism development.
