过磷酸一步法制备三聚磷酸钾的工艺研究

摘　　要：以过磷酸和碳酸钾为原料,经中和、聚合一步法制备三聚磷酸钾。研究了反应物配比、中和度对产品质量的影响,获得了最佳制备工艺条件,当原料配比n(K2O)/n(P2O5)为1.85,中和度控制64%时,产品w(K5P3O10)≥93%。Through one step method of neutralizing and polymerizing, the PTTP is prepared from both superphosphoric acid and potassium carbonate raw materials. The influences of reactant＇s mixture ratio and neutralization value on product quality are studied to obtain optimum technological parameters. With the reactant＇s mixture ratio n（K2O）/n（P2O5） of 1. 85, and neutralization value of 64%, the product ω（K5P3O10） of more than 93% is obtained.
