摘 要:针对网络化异地协同制造模式下的制造资源优化配置问题,提出了一种双层次的制造资源优化配置方法,并利用Agent技术和合同网技术建立了双层次制造资源优化配置的实现框架。提出对制造任务用两个层次即LMP(由有序的LMU组成)和LMU(由工序作业组成)来描述。在第一层次,面向LMP中的LMU利用招投标技术实现PMU配置,针对LMP产生一条EMP;在第二个层次面向LMU中的工序作业利用招投标技术实现设备资源的配置,针对LMU产生由设备序列组成的加工路线。最后给出了一个实例说明该方法和实现框架的可行性和有效性。To solve resources optimizing deployment question for networked cooperative manufacturing,a double layer manufacturing resources optimizing deployment model is studied,and the realization framework for the double layer manufacturing resources optimizing deployment is established based on the Agent technology and the contract network technology.In this model,the manufacturing task is described by LMP(LOgical Manufacturing Process,composed of several orderly LMU) and LMU (Logical Manufacturing Unit,composed of several working procedures ).In the first layer,the bid ding-tendering technology is taken to realize the deployment of PMU(Physical Manufacturing Unit) for the LMU in LMP,and an executive manufacturing process(EMP) is produced for the LMP;in the second layer,the bidding-tendering technology is taken to realize the deployment of machining tools in a PMU for the working procedures in LMU ,and a list of machining tools are produced for the LMU.At last,an example is given to prove the feasibility and validity of the model and the realization framework.
