摘 要:靖边气田属于低渗透气藏,且储层非均质性强,产能核实难度大。经技术引进、理论研究、现场试验等工作,在不断总结、完善的基础上,形成了适应靖边气田地质特征的气井产能核实及合理配产方法。在气田开发初期,主要采用改进完善的修正等时试井技术核实气井产能;进入气田开发阶段,主要采用稳定“一点法”和产量不稳定分析法进行气井产能核实。实践表明,产能核实结果符合气井实际生产能力,证明这些技术较适合于低渗透气藏。在进行产能核实的基础上,通过理论和实践的紧密结合,逐步形成了多种配产方法,如经验法、采气曲线法、双目标优化法、物质平衡法、节点分析法、数值模拟法等。实际配产中,一般采用多种方法进行综合确定,从而有效指导了气井的合理生产,提高了气田开发的科学性和技术水平。Jingbian Gasfield is a low-permeability gas reservoir with strong heterogeneity and it is difficult to verify its productivity. Based on technology import, theoretical research, site experiment and continuous improvement, it is developed the proper well productivity verification and production proration method specific to Jingbian Gasfield geological characteristics. At the early stage of field development, well productivity is verified mainly by improved correction isochronal testing technique while at the stage of steady production, productivity is verified mainly by 'Single Point Method' and production uncertainty analysis. Practices show that verified productivity match with actual productivity, which proves that the techniques are applicable for low-permeability gas reservoirs. On the basis of productivity verification and combining theory and practice, several proration methods are developed such as experience method, gas production curve method, double objectives optimization method, mass balance method, node analysis method, and numerical simulation method. In real practices, production proration is determined by joint application of several methods so as to guide well production effectively, improve the gas field development in a scientific way and enhance its techniques to a certain level.
