摘 要:靖边气田投入开发以来使用了几十套进口橇装式脱水装置,良好的性能为气田的生产提供了有力保障,成为集气站生产的核心设备。随着气田的进一步开发,部分橇装式脱水装置出现了三甘醇溶液发泡、盐结晶堵塞、三甘醇损耗量增大等问题,这些问题给气田的生产组织带来一定困难。因此,挑选了部分具有代表性的橇装式脱水装置进行性能评价试验。通过对橇装式脱水装置各单元运行参数以及脱水后水露点等进行现场测试,进一步摸索了橇装式脱水装置的合理处理能力,并优化运行参数、完善工艺,以确保脱水装置平稳、经济运行。Jingbian Gasfield has imported over 70 skid-mounted natural gas dehydration units since it was put into operation, which have turned to be the key equipments for the gas gathering station, as their favorable performance has effectively supported the production of the gas field. As further development of the gas field, problems emerged in some of the dehydration units, like triethylene glycol (TEG) foaming, salt crystal plugging, TEG loss increase, etc. All these problems added to the challenge of production management in Jingbian Gasfield. Therefore, several typical units were selected to execute the performance appraisal experiment. The reasonable treatment capacity was further studied via on-site tests on the operation parameter, water dew point after dehydration, etc, to optimize the operation parameter, improve the technology, and ensure the stable and economical operation of these dehydration units.
