摘  要:长输管道在建成运行后,建设单位、生产管理单位往往会通过各种方法对在役管线的长度进行复测,并把该长度数据作为竣工结算、生产管理中的重要对比技术参数和指标。然而管线投产运营后,在现实条件下,无论通过何种测量方式,数据总是与竣工资料中记录的数据有一定偏差。文章以中原—青岛天然气长输管道为例,对测量手段、偏差进行了分析,提出了较合理的数据调整方法,并对管线长度测量新方法进行探讨,旨在提出更加合理、可信的长度复测数据。As soon as the long-distance pipeline is put into use after being built up, both the construction and the production unit will try every means to remeasure the length of the employed pipeline. The obtained length data will be surely regarded as the essential technical parameters or the indexes both at the operation works and the final acceptance of construction. However, in whatever means to remeasure the length of the pipeline, there always exists a difference between the remeasured data and the recorded ones in the final acceptance of construction. Taking the long-distance pipeline between Zhongyuan and Qingdao as an example, it is analyzed the means and the deviation during remeasuring the length of the pipeline. It is put forward a more reasonable data-adjusted method. A new remeasuring method is discussed well to get more reliable and reasonable data in the end.
