摘  要:三甘醇作为天然气脱水剂,长期使用后会出现污染变质现象,影响脱水效果和装置平稳运行。为此,通过多种试验方法和手段,详细分析研究了三甘醇溶液的失效原因,并通过室内试验确定了三甘醇溶液的废弃标准。根据模拟试验,确定了有效的三甘醇回收方法。现场大批量回收生产的三甘醇产品质量合格,满足现场生产的要求,脱水后天然气的水露点能达到相关标准。After being used as a dehydrating agent of natural gas, TEG, triethylene glycol, may be contaminated and deteriorated so seriously that it may have bad influence on the dehydrating and the stable operation of the facility. Therefore, it is studied and analyzed in details the reason for the vitiation of TEG solution by many kinds of testing methods and means. The abandoning standard for TEG has been determined through the indoor laboratory test in the end; while the effective method of recycling TEG has also been settled down according to the simulation test. The recycled TEG in great quantity from the fields have been produced in good quality to meet the requirement for the practical production, and the dew point of water after dehydrating has been checked out to reach the standard.
