摘  要:目的 探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉病变狭窄程度对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法将经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉管腔狭窄〉50%-70%定为中度狭窄组18例,〉70%以上定为重度狭窄组20例,〈30%26例作为正常对照组。术前行24h动态心电图,计算HRV时域指标。结果中、重度狭窄组HRV指标中平均正常R-R间期标准差(SDNN)为(105.20±26.69)ms、(85.69±27.82)ms,每5min间期平均值标准差(SDANN)均低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),重度狭窄组HRV指标中SDNN、SDANN显著低于中度狭窄组(P〈0.05)。结论 冠心病患者HRV的降低与冠脉病变狭窄程度有关,提示HRV对冠脉病变狭窄程度评价有一定临床意义。Objective To study the influence of the stenosis degree of coronary arteries to the heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods The patients underwent conorary angiography (CAG) were divided into 3 groups. 18 patients who were proved to be CHD with the severity scale of coronary artery stenosis ranging from 〉 50% to 70% were included in the mod- erate stenosis group. 20 patients ranging 〉 70% were assigned to the severe stenosis group. 26 patients ranging 〈 30% were included in the control group. All the subjects were performed 24 - hour ambulatory electrocardiogram before CAG and the parameters of HRV were obtained from the computer, including time domain SDNN ( standard deviation of normal number of intervals) and SDANN ( standard deviation of per 5 min averages normal number of intervals). Results SDNN and SDANN of the moderate or severe stenosis group were both significantly smaller than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And they were remarkably smaller in the severe stenosis group than that in the moderate stenosis group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The decreasing of HRV had a relationship with the stenosis degree of coronary artery in patients with CHD which indicated that HRV had clinical significant for evaluating the stenosis degree of coronary artery
