摘  要:针对高档数控机床进给系统用永磁直线电机特有的端部效应所引起的推力波动问题,在实验校正的基础上,利用有限元分析方法计算出推力波动曲线,建立了以次级位置rθ和给定电流iq为索引量的电流补偿模型和补偿表,构造了基于TMS320LF2407A的永磁直线电机推力波动电流补偿控制实验系统,实现了二维补偿表的数字存储和补偿电流的快速查表.进行了补偿与不补偿的对比实验.实验结果表明该方法可使由端部效应推力波动引起的速度波动率显著降低,验证了基于已知补偿模型的快速查表电流补偿控制策略的可行性和有效性.The paper mainly discusses the thrust fluctuation resulting from end-effect of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) which is used in modern top-end numerical control machines. The thrust fluctuation figures were obtained by finite element analysis based on experimental correction. The PMSLM current compensation control experimental system using TMS320LF2407 was established by indexing the rotor position Or and given current iq of current compensation model and planar compensation table, which is implemented in digital format. Comparing with no compensation control strategy, the experimental results show that the proposed method effectively reduces the speed fluctuation rate caused by thrust fluctuation, so the speedy look-up current compensation control strategy using the known compensation model is feasible and effective.
