金钗石斛试管苗移栽基质的初步研究

摘　　要：金钗石斛为名贵中药材,自然繁衍慢,野生金钗石斛难以满足药用市场的需求.新兴的植物组织培养技术能够提高金钗石斛的繁衍速度,使大规模人工栽培成为可能,但试管苗移栽的基质严重地影响其成活率及生长情况.本文对金钗石斛试管苗出瓶移栽基质进行了初步的研究.结果表明:以兰石和树皮混合作为金钗石斛试管苗基质成活率高、效果最好.Dendrobium nobile Lindl is an important traditional medicinal herbs in use, but the wild plant can＇t supply the demand of medicinal market because it grows very slowly. Tissue culture could improve the propagation speed, but the transplantation medium effectes the survive rate and growth mostly in vitroplants transplantation phase. we studies the effect of different transplantation mediums on plantlets in Dendrobium nobile Lindl. The result showed that the transplantation medium mixed lanshiand bark was the best medium and could improved plandets survive rate.
