摘  要:通过对蜻蜓凤梨快速繁殖进行研究,结果表明:用蜻蜓凤梨试管苗茎的中部进行诱导侧芽效果比较好,培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L;增殖阶段适宜培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L或MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L;生根阶段适宜培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L+活性碳0.1%.蜻蜓凤梨组培苗容易移栽成活,移栽成活率可达95%以上.This experiment was to study the rapid propagation of Aechmea fasciata.The results showed: (1)It is the most effective to use the middle part of stem of the plantlets of Aechmea fasciata as material for budding. MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L +sucrose30g/L+agar7g/L was the induction medium.(2)MS+6-BA3,0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L + sucrose30g/L+agar7g/L or MS +6-BA4.0 mg/L +IBA1,0 mg/L+ NAA1.0 mg/L+ sucrose30g/L+agar7g/L were fixable medium in subculture, (3)1/2 MS+NAA0.5 mg/L+active cardon0.1percent was the optimum medium in rooting, The cultured plantlets of Aechmea fasciata can survive easily, with a survival rate of 95 percent.
