疏肝利胆健脾方治疗老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术后综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝利胆健脾方治疗老年人胆囊切除术后综合征的疗效。方法设治疗组50例,服中药疏肝利胆健脾方,疗程8周,对照组50例仅以西药对症治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为64%(P<0.05)。结论通过中药疏肝利胆健脾方治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效显著。To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shugan Lidan Jianpi Decoction＂ in the treatment of elderly laparoscopic postcholecystetomy syndrome,50 cases in treatment group were treated by this Decotion and another 50 cases were treated on symptoms,with a course of eight weeks.Result：The total effective rate was 94% in treatment group and 64% in control group, P〈0.05.It is showed that this Decoction is quite effective for postcholecystectomy syndrone.
