“萎胃安”对慢性萎缩性胃炎PCNA、P21^(ras)表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察调气活血中药萎胃安治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其对患者胃黏膜PCNA、P21ras表达的影响。方法慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生患者60例,随机分为两组,分别应用萎胃安颗粒及相应基本方加减煎剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后症状和病理变化以及PCNA及P21ras表达情况。结果成药组症状总有效率为86.67%、病理总有效率为83.3%;汤剂组症状总有效率93.3%,病理总有效率为73.3%,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组PCNA、P21ras表达均有明显下调(P<0.05),但组间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论萎胃安颗粒及相应煎剂均能有效改善萎缩性胃炎患者的症状和病理情况,其作用机制可能是通过下调PCNA、P21ras表达而实现。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） and its effects on expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA） and P21^ras. Methods 60 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group;treatment group were treated by ＂Weiweian Granule＂,while control group treated by ＂Weiweian Decoction＂. The clinical symptoms and PCNA and P21^ras expressions were observed. Results In treatment group, the clinical and pathological effective rates were 86.67% and 83.3%;they were 93.3% and 73.3% in control group, P〉 0.05. PCNA and P21^ras expressions down-regulated after treatment （P 〈 0.05）,with no difference between two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion These herbs can improve the symptoms and pathological results possibly by down-regulating PCNA and P21^ras expressions.
