摘  要:基于光纤光栅的传感原理及波分复用特性,开发了一种带温度补偿的测力装置———光纤光栅测力环.它是一种由40Cr材料制成的环状弹性体,其表面安装了多个光纤光栅传感器,主要用于锚索的索力监测.当外力作用在弹性体上时,弹形体产生形变,传感光栅的中心波长发生漂移,测出波长漂移量,就可测出外力即索力的大小.这种测力环已在武汉阳逻大桥上得到应用,结果表明:它能自动消除温度对测量的干扰,具有很高的测量精度,长期稳定性好,安装使用方便,是一种适合索力监测的工具.On the basis of sensing principle of optical-fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) and its characteristics of wave-distribution and multi-uses, a new type of force-testing device with temperature compensation, a force-testing ring of FBG, was developed. It is a ring elastomer made of 40Cr and several FBG sensors were fixed on its surface. It is usually used to monitor the stress of anchor forces. If outside force is added to the plasterer, it is distorted and the wavelength of FBG shifted. If the wavelength shift can be measured, the anchor forces will be measurable. The type of force-testing ring of FBG has been used on Wuhan Yangluo Yangtze river bridge. The result shows that the ring is capable of eliminating temperature's effects on the measurement, having higher measurement precision, better longterm stability and more convenient fixing. So this type of force-testing ring of FBG is especially fit to monitor anchor's force.
