摘　　要：选录《普济本事方》中伤寒下利、伤神劳复、惊悸无寐、气中病与膀胱气闭等5则医案加以阐微,体现了许氏辨证细致、选药精当、治法独特,“必先涤所蓄之邪,然后补之”的学术思想。This paper introduced and discussed five medical records from PuJi BenShi Fang by Xu Shuwei, including exogenous febrile diarrhea, fright and insomnia, qi stroke and bladder qi obstruction; etc. The thought of ＂supplement and boost should be used after the pathogen was dispelled completely＂ implying in these cases would be helpful to understanding the diagnosis and treatment experiences by Xu Shuwei.
