摘 要:目的:建立中风病急性期计算机辨证系统。方法:基于“与”、“或”、“非”等逻辑关系,应用Mi-crosoftVisualBasic语言,自主开发中风病急性期计算机辨证系统;采用Kappa分析,评价计算机与人工对159例中风急性期病例辨证分型结果的一致性。结果:Kappa分析表明,Kappa值为0.888(Kappa值检验,P<0.05),提示计算机辨证与人工辨证的结果有极好的一致性。结论:中风病急性期计算机辨证系统对急性中风病辨证分型的性能良好。Objective: To set up the computer system on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in acute stroke disease. Methods: Based on the logical relationship of "and", "or", "not", using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 language to design and realize the computer system of syndrome differentiation and classification in acute stroke in traditional Chinese medicine. Analysis method Kappa was used to evaluate the correspondence degrees between the results from the computer and manual diagnosis in 159 acute stroke patients. Results: The value of Kappa is 0.888(P〈0.05), which indicated that the results of syndrome differentiation from the computer and from the doctors were extremely matched. Conclusion: The computer system has the characteristics of high efficiency and high accuracy on syndrome differentiation in acute stroke.
