世界女子平衡木技术动作发展的特点

摘　　要：以最近几届世界大赛平衡木决赛选手为主要对象,系统研究了当今世界平衡木技术动作发展的特点:运动员都选用稳健而简单的动作作为完成整套动作的良好的开端;木中动作难度的发展,主要表现为3个技巧串动作的连接;下法动作类型表现出多样化特点,但仍以后空翻二周和直体后空翻多度转体为主流,前空翻二周下也被欧美一些选手所青睐;运动员取胜的关键是提高动作的难度和质量,尤其是下法落地的稳定性。＂Faking the players of the recent world balance oeam compennon as the subjects of researches, this paper studied the characteristics of the world beam competition. All the players chose stable and simple movements as the good beginning. The difficulty of the movement was shown on the linkage of the three technical series of movements. Backward-flip two circles and straight-backward flip were major techniques among the various downward movements. Forward-flip two circle down were popular among the European players. The key point of winning was to improve the difficulty and quality of the movements, especially the stability of downward to the ground.
