膀胱的淋巴流向

摘　　要：在65具童尸上,用30%普鲁士兰氯仿溶液进行器官内注射,观察了膀胱各区域的淋巴流向.来自膀胱前壁的淋巴管行向外上方,直接或经膀胱外侧淋巴结及膀胱前淋巴结后间接注入髂外淋巴结、髂内淋巴结、髂总淋巴结及闭孔淋巴结.来自膀胱后壁的淋巴管行向后上方,直接或经膀胱外侧淋巴结后间接注入髂外淋巴结、髂内淋巴结、髂总淋巴结、骶淋巴结及主动脉下淋巴结.膀胱底及膀胱颈的淋巴管在输尿管末端周围行向外上方,注入髂内淋巴结、髂外淋巴结、骶淋巴结和闭孔淋巴结.The lymphatic drainage of the urinary bladder was investigated by using interstitial injection with Prussian Blue in 65 infant cadavers. The results showed that the lymphatics of the bladder travelled in three routes: from the anterior wall of the bladder upward to the pelvic lymph nodes of the external, internal,common iliac and obturator arteries;some lymph vessels of the anterior wall interposed by small anterior or lateral vesical lymph nodes; from the posterior wall of the bladder laterally into these lymph nodes, occasionally into sacral and subaortic nodes, lymphatics interposed mostly by the lateral vesical lymph nodes; and those from the trigone of the bladder around the lower part of ureters and over the umbilical arteries to the internal iliac, external iliac, sacral and obturator lymph nodes.
