人胚胎睾丸生殖细胞发育的组织学和超微结构研究

摘　　要：用光镜与电镜技术,对15例7至28周人胚胎睾丸生殖细胞的发育进行了研究.结果:(1)据时间、位置及形态结构特点,将生殖细胞的发育过程初步分为三个阶段,即原始生殖细胞阶段,生殖母细胞阶段和前精原细胞阶段.其中前精原细胞阶段又经历了早、中、晚三个时期,各期出现的时间有交错.(2)14周是胚胎生殖细胞发育的一个重要时期.生殖细胞的增殖高峰、退化高峰以及前精原细胞初次出现均在此期.此期生殖细胞间还见到细胞连接,说明生殖细胞在胚胎时期即出现同步分化的现象.The development of germ cell was observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy in 15 samples of human testis of 7 to 28 week gestation. According to gestation time, location and morphology, the development of germ cells can be divided into 3 stages; primordial germ cells (4 to 7 weeks), genocytes(7 to 24 weeks) and prespermatogonia( 14 weeks afterwards). The stage of prespermatogonia is further divided into early,middle, and later periods, which overlap each other. Cytoplasmic bridges between germ cells appear from the 14th week, suggesting that synchronous differentiation of germ cells begins at this time. Maximal germ cell degeneration also occurs during the 14th week of gestation, which is identical to the peak of proliferation. Most of the degenerated germ cells are morphologically abnormal cells of proliferation and differentiation. Special cell junctions exist between germ cells and supporting cells.
