《全球文明史》与“世界史”概念的再思考

摘　　要：结合皮特.斯特恩斯等所著《全球文明史》中体现出来的世界史方法论和体系思想,笔者认为,“世界史”与中国史不应是对应关系,中国以外国家、地区史不是世界史,只有从总体把握世界历史宏观进程的研究才是世界史研究。在此基础上,提出了关于历史学内部学科分支类目重新斟酌的建议,并结合《全球文明史》就具有整体观念的世界史的编纂学问题提出了一些看法。In connection to the methodology and historiography in Peter Stems＇ World Civilizations： The Global Experiences, this article argues that ＂world history＂ is not a corresponding field of ＂Chinese history＂. The history of countries other than China and other regions should not be regarded as ＂world history＂. World history is a special area concerning the general and worldwide process of historical experiences. Based upon these points, this article suggests a reconsideration of the sub - area distinction within the discipline of history. In addition, in commenting on the historiography characteristics of World Civilizations： The Global Experiences, some methodological points are made in terms of the writing of world history.
