摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,仅依靠法定财产制已不足以调整夫妻在财产方面的权利、义务关系,必须完善中国夫妻财产约定制度。就此问题,作者运用比较分析的方法,对照现行立法,确定了夫妻财产约定的形式、种类、成立、效力等,对完善中国夫妻财产约定制度进行了前瞻性的探讨。With the development of economy ,just depending on statutory property system is not enough to adjust the right and obligation of property between wife and husband. So, it is necessary to perfect the convention system of couple property. The writer uses the method of analysis. He offers the form, category, establishment and validity of the system, according to present legal system. The essay gives an advanced research to improve the property system of couple in our nation.
