摘　　要：多层分布式结构信息管理正在得到越来越广泛的应用,而信息交换方式的选择是这种结构的重要问题,SOAP以其简单性和可扩展性正成为分布式环境下信息交换的首选机制。提出了一种基于XML和SOAP的组件管理器模式的分布式体系结构,并重点描述了SOAP在这种结构中的应用。理论分析和初步原型实验证明了方法的有效性,最终这种方法在一个办公自动化系统中得到了成功运用。Multi- tier distributed information management is widely used more and more,one of the most important problem is how to choose the mechanism of information change . SOAP has become the preferred mechanism of information exchange in distributed environment for its simplicity and extensibility. This paper presents a multi - tier distributed model based component manager pattern with XML and SOAP and describs the application of SOAP. The theoretical analysis and prototype preliminary experiment result prove the validation of the method. In fact, the feasibility of this method has been testified by successful application in developing a office automation system.
