摘 要:为了解改水后高砷高氟。高氟对血清Cu、Zn、Fe和Mg含量的远期影响,利用HITACHI 180-80塞曼效应原子吸收分光光度计对改水后的原新疆奎屯氟砷中毒地区的119名常住居民血清中上述元素含量进行了测定。其中48名为地方性砷氟中毒患者。47名为地方性氟中毒患者,24名为对照区正常人。测定结果经统计分析发现改水两年后,氟砷对血清Cu的影响不大;单纯氟中毒患者上述诸元素基本接近正常对照,唯血清Zn含量偏低,但氟砷联合中毒患者血清Zn、Cu/Zn、Fe、Mg与正常对照有显著差别;提示改水两年后。仍存在无机元素的紊乱;氟砷联合作用对血清Zn、Cu/Zn、Fe和Mg的影响大于单纯氟中毒的影响,氟砷两者同时蓄积对Zn、Fe和Mg的影响是持续性的。Sera from residents in a former endemic area of arseno-fluoride poisoning were analysed by atomic absorption spectroscopy to evaluate the remote effects of high arseno-fluoride on the contents of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mg in human sera after water improvement in the area. Forty-eight sera from patients with arseno-fluoride poisoning and 47 from patients with simple endemic fluorosis were tested with 24 sera from normal areas as control. Results showed that, after water improvement for 2 years, serum Cu, Fe and Mg contents varied within the nomal range with Zn content a little lower, the contents of Zn, he. Mg and Cu/Zn value in sera from patients with arseno-fluoride poisoning, however, were significantly different from those of the normal contents, suggesting that arseno- fluoride poisoning did more serious and lasting damages to humans.
