摘 要:在大批量加工工件时,往往是通过“对刀”来调定刀具的切削位置,对刀块的尺寸是事先要确定的对刀尺寸。文章提出的最优对刀尺寸计算方法,其主要特点是:在确定对刀尺寸公差带分布时,考虑了刀具磨损对工件加工工序尺寸的影响,并且针对所加工的工序尺寸是包容尺寸还是被包容尺寸而采取不同的对刀尺寸公差带分布。这样,就能充分利用刀具的寿命,减少对刀次数,并可使加工出来的一批工件实际尺寸分布中心与所要求的工序尺寸公差带中心相一致。While machining the work piece in enormous quantities, the cutting position of tool is often adjusted through cutter-align, and cutter-align part dimension should be decided firstly. The calculating method of the optimizing cutter-align dimension, which contains the cutting-tool wear's influence upon the work piece operation dimension while determining the cutter-align dimension tolerance zone and adopts different tolerance zone distribution of cutter-align dimension when operation dimensions facing contain size or contained size, is presented in this paper. As a result, the cutter can be used longer and easier to be aligned. In addition, the actual dimension distributing center of the manufactured parts is accorded with the center of the required process dimension's tolerance zone.
