摘 要:对地铁用可逆转耐高温型轴流风机的变频性能进行研究,验证了风机不仅在工频工况下可以满足地铁通风工况的风量和风压,而且在变频工况下也能满足地铁环控系统的需要。对地铁风机在不同频率和不同系统阻力时的风量、风压、噪声等性能参数进行了详细测试,得到了该风机在工频工况和变频工况下的风量和风压等参数均能满足地铁环控系统的要求。从而验证了对该风机进行变频控制可以满足地铁环控系统空调通风工况的要求,达到变频节能的目的。To validate fan can be adopted in subway environmental control system not only at rated frequency but also at frequency conversion conditions, frequency conversion performance research of reverse high - temperature axial fan in subway was conducted. Quantity, pressure, yawp and vibration of subway fan under different frequency and different system resistance were tested in detail. It has shown that axial fan can accommodate the desire of subway environment system under frequency conversion and different system resistance conditions. Then it has been tested that the fan can be used to satisfy the desire of subway environment system under frequency conversion. Then the purpose of frequency conversion to saving energy was obtained.
