摘 要:叠片式翅片管空气冷却器是一种高效、紧凑的空气换热高备。对新开发的第二代波纹型叠片进行了传热及阻力性能的测试,获得了一系列试验工况下的传热和管外空气流动阻力数据,通过计算得出了管外换热准则关系式和空气流动阻力准则关系式,并与第一代平片型叠片的试验结果进行对比。结果表明,两种翅化比的波纹型叠片在常规换热工况下的传热性能相当,但比平片型叠片均提高了约9%;当翅化比相同时波纹型叠片的空气流动阻力比平片型叠片增大18%左右,但适当改小翅化比后,波纹型叠片在传热性能不降低的情况下,空气流动阻力可降低至仅比平片型叠片大2.5%左右。A series of test data were obtained from 2^nd generation corrugated fin in the aspects of heat transfer and resistance, thus deducing the relations of heat transfer rule outside of the tube bundles, as well as flow resistance rule. A comparison between the flat fin type (known as the 1^st generation) and the above-mentioned corrugated ones has also been made with a result indicated that two types of corrugated fin with different firmed ratio have the similar heat transfer performance under the normal heat exchanging circumstances, but outperforming the flat fin type by a margin of about 9% in this regard. Moreover, an increase of about 18% in flow resistance can be detected in corrugated type than that in flat ones given the firmed ratio are at the same level. However this figure can be further reduced to about 2.5 % as a result of properly cutting down that ratio without adverse affect on its heat transfer wrformance as a precondition.
