摘  要:本文概述了δ—层状结晶硅酸钠的性能、用途及发展趋势,对烧碱法制备层状结晶硅酸钠工艺进行了探讨。固碱与石英在800~860℃反应0.5 h 时合成水玻璃,在660~700℃煅烧固体硅酸钠10~30 min,使其发生晶型转化,得到钙、镁离子交换量大的δ晶型层状结晶硅酸钠。This paper mainly summarized the usage,the performance and the development trend of the δ type of Layered Sodium Silicate. The preparation of Layered Sodium Silicate from caustic soda was discussed. Sodium Silicate was obtained from the reaction of solid caustic soda with Quartz at 800~860℃ for 0.5 h. The crystalline form of Solid Sodium silicate was changed after treatment by calcination at 660~700℃ for 10~30 min,and the δ type of Layered sodium silicate with large exchange capacity of calcium ion and magnesium ion was obtained.
