摘　　要：以球壳超塑性胀形为例，介绍了一种光纤式光电测量装置，其特点是在高温状态下测量高度变化时能克服炉内红光的干扰，消除湿度变化的影响．kind of photo-electric measuring equipment was introduced through the superplastic bulge of a spherical shell. Its characteristic was that it can overcome the interference of red light in the furnace and reduce the effect of changes of the temperatures with the aid of the the optical fiber when the measured height changes at high temperatures.
