摘　　要：目的探讨多排螺旋CT模拟支气管镜成像对小儿气管、支气管异物的诊断价值。方法对81例临床高度怀疑为气管、支气管异物的患儿进行气管、双肺的多排螺旋CT扫描及模拟支气管镜成像检查,并对支气管镜检查结果相比较。结果术前多排螺旋CT模拟支气管镜成像检查为临床提供了清晰、准确的影像资料,与支气管镜检术中所见相符合,准确率达98.8%。结论多排螺旋CT模拟支气管镜成像检查具有支气管所见的相似的形态学特征,分辨率高,对小儿气管、支气管异物的诊断、手术定位具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT virtual Bronchoscope （CTVB） in children＇ s tracheo - bronchial foreign body. Methods CTVB were used in 81 eases with children＇ s traeheo - bronchial foreign body, all the images and reports were eompared with the actual bronchoscope. Results The reports and images CTVB are very agreed with that of actual Bronchoscope.The accurate rate of the diagnosis was 98.8 %, Conchision CTVB have the actual bronchoscope＇s sinular characteristic, and was proved to be very valuable on clinical diagnosis of children＇s traeheo- bronchial foreign body and locating before operatic.
