运动试验Ptfv1异常在评价左室舒张功能中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨平板运动试验诱发Ptfv1异常在评估左室舒张功能中的意义。方法以Ptfv1≤-0.04mm.s及超声心动图E/A<1为异常标准,对69例平板运动试验Ptfv1与E/A异常发生率的关系进行分析。结果在运动试验诱发Ptfv1异常组,E/A异常发生率高达89.9%,显著高于运动试验Ptfv1正常组。结论平板运动试验Ptfv1异常与E/A异常密切相关,可作为早期反映左心室舒张功能异常的心电图指标。Objective To study the clinical significance of Ptfvl alterations caused by treadmill exercise testing. Methods Compare Ptfvl alterations（≤-0.04mm. s） by exercise testing and UCG E/A abnormal （E/A〈1） occurrences in 69 cases. Results Ingroupof abnormal Ptfvl , abnormal E/A were 89.9 %, it was obviously higher than normal group （n = 50）. Conclusion The abnormal Ptfvl caused by exercise testing is related to left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Abnormality Ptfvl caused by exercise testing may serve asa ECG index indicating early abnormality of left ventricular diastolic function.
