摘 要:为了解两种检测方法对抗菌剂抑菌效果测定结果的影响,用乐肤液抑菌剂作为代表进行了实验室观察。结果,用抑菌环试验方法测定以中草药为主要成分的乐肤液抑菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌环分别为8.11 mm和7.41 mm,可认为抑菌有效;对白色念珠菌的抑菌环为6.52 mm,为无抑菌作用。用营养肉汤稀释法测定,该抑菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌最低有效抑菌浓度依次为含体积分数65%、70%和80%。用抑菌环法和营养肉汤稀释法测定该抑菌剂的稳定性结果,两种方法测得其抑菌效果均有下降。结论,营养肉汤稀释法和抑菌环法测定同一抗菌剂的结果有显著差异,前者测得的抑菌效果明显好于后者。In order to know the influence of two examining methods on results of measurement of bacteriostatic efficacy of antimicrobials, Le- Fu- Ye bacteriostatic was used as the representative to carry out laboratory observation. Results: When bacteria - inhibiting ring test method was used to measure the inhibiting ring of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to Le - Fu - Ye bacteriostatic which contained Chinese herbal medicine as the main ingredient, the inhibiting rings were 8.11 mm and 7.41 mm respectively which could be considered as effective for inhibiting bacteria. The same method found that the inhibiting ring for Candida albicans was 6.52 mm which was considered as no inhibiting effect. When nutrient broth dilution method was used for measurement, the minimal effective bacteriostatic concentrations of the hacteriostatic for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were 65% (v/v) , 70% and 80% respectively. When bacteria - inhibiting ring method and nutrient broth dilution method were used for examining the stability of the bacteriostatic, the bacteriostatic efficacy measured by both methods decreased. Conclusion: The nutrient broth dilution method and bacteria - inhibiting ring method were significantly different in measuring the result of a same bacteriostatic and the bacteriostatic efficacy measured by the former was significantly better than that measured by the latter.
