医用ZT胶在小儿腹股沟斜疝和睾丸鞘膜积液手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：总结医用ZT胶在粘合小儿腹股沟斜疝和鞘膜积液手术切口中的疗效．方法：对240例腹股沟斜疝和睾丸鞘膜积液鞘患儿分别行疝囊高位结扎术和鞘膜导管高位结扎加开窗术，以医用ZT胶粘合皮肤切口并观察术后切口愈合情况。结果：239例患儿切口一期愈合，1例二期愈合，未观察到严重不良反应发生．结论：医用ZT胶为小儿腹股沟斜疝和睾丸鞘膜积液手术切口的良好闭合方式。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of medical ZT adhesive closing incision in children with oblique inguinal hernia and hydrocele. Method： 240 cases of oblique inguinal hernia and hydrocele were treated with high ligation of hernia sac and high ligation of duct combined with artifistulation respectively. Incision of skin was cohered with medical ZT glue, then the patients were followed up within 2 weeks, and the healing of incision was observed. Results： Of them, primary and secondary healing of incision was observed in 239 and 2 patients respectively. Conclusion： Applying medical ZT glue to close the incision in children with obnique inguinal hernia and hydrocele is a good alternative.
