摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展的同时,也出现了城乡差距和贫富差距拉大、两极分化明显等严重失衡现象,有可能危及中国未来的经济增长和社会和谐。为缩小贫富差距,推动社会主义和谐社会的构建,需抓住机遇,加快发展;推进改革,保证改革措施的配套与完善;兼顾各阶层的利益,防止两极分化,促进社会的公平公正。Since our reform and opening up to the outside world , China＇s economy develops at a tremendous speed, but alongside with an increasing gap between urban and reval, the rich and poor,which might be a hidden threat to the future economic growth and social harmony. To narrow the gap and drive the building of socialist harmonious society,it is imperative to seize the chance of development and enhancing reform,make sore that measures of reform should be coordinated and perfected, and take into consideration of the interest of every class in order to prevent polarization and promote social justice.
