摘　　要：通过问卷调查、访谈调查、查阅文献和数理统计的方法对宁波市民营企业职工余暇体育现状进行调查研究,旨在系统、全面地了解宁波市民营企业职工余暇体育开展现状并发现存在的主要问题,为进一步深化宁波市区体育改革提供依据。Through using the method of questionnaire, investigation interview, documentary and statistical analysis, this paper investigated the present of employee＇s recreational sports in private enterprise in Ningbo. The paper aims to study the development present and existing problems of emplyee＇ s recreational sports in private enterprise in Ningbo. The article puts forward the gist for further development of the revolution for community sports in Ningbo.
