摘　　要：文章推出了一个基于B/S模式的学习支持服务系统,该系统由五大模块组成,网络电子教案、网络知识点链接库、网络标准操作示范库、网络答疑库、考证等模块,其中最有特色的是网络标准操作示范库,将微软的Office系列工具的使用帮助视频化,并且此系统在使用者和维护者之间建立起了一条自反馈的途径。只要有使用者,系统内容会根据使用者的需求不断进行更新。This paper presents a web-based education environment.It is composed of five modules,e-course of Network,linked library of networking knowledge,demo library of manipulation,FAQ Collection of network.The works which convert the Microsoft Office tools help document into video is the most important.Because of this way,there will be a path for interaction between administrator and users.In the path,the content is updated with the users new requirement continuously.
