摘　　要：目的:建立复方五仁醇胶囊HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Lichrosphere C18色谱柱,水-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m.lmin-1,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。结果:对10个批号的样品进行了测定,标出26个共有峰,并通过对照品比对鉴定出其中6个成分。结论:该法准确、可靠,可用于复方五仁醇胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of compound Wurenchun capsules by HPLC. Methods： Lichrosphere C18 column was used, with mixtures of water and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^- 1, the column temperature was 30℃ , detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results：Ten batches of samples have been determined and 26 common peaks of chromatogram have been detected, six of them were identified by comparing fingerprint chromatogram with control compounds. Conclusion： This method is accurate, reliable and can be used for quality control of compound Wurenchun capsules.
