摘　　要：如何用有限的装备修理力量,在战役全过程中尽可能多地修复战损装备,提高装备参战率,是战役装备修理的任务。提出精确修理以装备动态需求为依据,通过优化装备修理各要素,为战损装备提供“精确”的服务,来实现装备修理的快速高效,并通过建立修理人员效能评估模型,说明精确修理的高效性。How to use the limited power of the equipment to repair the damaged military equipment as much as possible in the whole process of the battle and how to improve the ratio of the attendance of the military equipment in the battle is the main mission of the repair of the military equipment. However, the basis of the precision maintenance presented is the dynamic need of the equipment, and by arranging the main factor of each maintenance equipment reasonably to provide a ＂precision＂ service of the damaged military equipment we could improve the efficiency of the repair of the military equipment ,and explains the efficiency of the precision maintenance by building a efficiency evaluation model of the maintenance people.
